About the Event

Learn how to use kettlebells and dumbbells safely with correct form. Find out the different ways you can use your weights to workout with whether looking to build muscle or lose weight.

By the end of the workshop you will have the confidence and the knowledge to create your own workouts.

You will need your Kettlebell/s and dumbbells - dont stress about weight or size, I will cover all!

Wear gym wear and bring a bottle of water.

Discussion on different training techniques, how to perform exercises correctly, answer your questions and we will finish up with a little workout using the moves you have learnt in the workshop.
