Live Group Classes

Fit in 15 is an  online early morning 15 minute sweat sesh!

A whole group of us wake up and workout  together every single day mon-fri without fail and the results are amazing! You feel good, look good and realise that 15 minutes is literally all it takes to change your life!

Expect to trim down and tone up within weeks!  This program was inspired by my own transformation. Working out for 15 minutes a day, 5 days a week saw me burn my way through an incredible 3 dress sizes in just 16 weeks!

A high level online, live, group fitness class hosted by zoom and led by me - The Health and Confidence Coach.

 

Classes are super quick, super tough and super sweaty BUT you will see a noticeable difference in a matter of weeks! Not only will you notice that your body is becoming fitter, smaller, tighter and more firm - you will also notice the massive impact these small but mighty workouts have on the rest of your day. They  overflow into an unshakeable feel good mood, increased productivity and bags of energy to run around with!
