  • Will the workouts be too tough?
    All workouts are created especially for you and will begin at a pace that you are comfortable with. 

  • How long are the sessions?

  • 30 minutes including warm up and cool down

  • Will 30 minutes be enough to reach the goals that I have?

      Absolutely! There is absolutely no need to  waste hours of your day following a gruelling exercise and nutrition plan. My aim is to make fitness and nutrition simple and manageable so that you get the results that you want without a hard to commit to plan.

  • Will I have to change my whole diet?
    No, I will work with you, starting from where you are at, implementing small but manageable changes that won't be extreme but will shape your current diet into a healthier one that will help you lose weight but also give you energy and confidence.

Live and online fitness programme for ladies who are wanting to lose weight, shape up, tone up, increase energy and confidence and make healthier choices with nutrition within 6 short weeks.

Online 1-1 Induction - Learn how to get good form and choose the right level of exercise intensity for you.

Online Personal Training Group Sessions x 3 per week (days/times below)

Nutritional Guidance to boost your results and set you free from emotional eating or habitual behaviours surrounding food.

In App Access workouts/tutorials/goal setting/ tracking.

Weekly Check-ins for mindset, motivation and support

  • Every day is themed. By the end of the week you will have worked out every area of your body.

£250 - £450 (Price based on number of sessions per month).

Online tailored coaching created by me specifically for YOU! If your goal is to lose weight / gain weight / increase mobility / have less aches and pains. Working 1-2-1 I can address the issues you are facing and will create a custom programme that will get you effective results.

What you get:

Online Induction - learn how to get good form for exercises. Test out some moves so that I have a good understanding of our starting point and can create our workout routine from this session.

Online Personal Training sessions x 2-4 per week

Nutritional Guidance - Boost your results and break free from emotional or habitual behaviours surrounding your diet.

In App Access for bonus workouts/tutorials /goal setting/progress tracking.

Weekly Check-ins for mindset, motivation and support.

  • Support - Celebrate or commiserate, No matter what kind of week you’ve had I’ll be there to cheer you on and keep pushing you forwards.
