Day 10 Free BandHiit Program

Ahh it is finally FRiday and we are here to show this workout what we are all about!


This week has gone so quickly, we have beasted through our whole week like absolute warriors! I am impressed with your efforts and commitment so far.

Commitment is easy to think about but difficult to practice and yet here you are tuning in for your 10th workout we are so close to half way there I can almost taste it 😎!!


Today, I have unfortunately had a technical issue with my camera and have lost my 'how to' video. I shall be updating in the next couple of days as soon as I have re-shot it 😂😂


Day 10 timer set to 30/10 - 30 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. We are targeting abs, back, shoulders and bum for this workout. You will be happy to hear this workout is strength focused so keep your attention on great form, and making sure you are engaged and using the right muscle groups for each exercise.
