Hello again - You made it back for Day 2! Massive well done to you for your efforts and kick ass attitude! You are going to need plenty of it - 1 workout down - 21 to go 😎👌


I wonder how many of you are feeling the effects already? Did you feel that instant mood lift after you finished our workout yesterday and who is sporting a bit of muscle soreness already!? If you aren't feeling the burn - This evening's workout is sure to make you break a sweat 😂😇


All workouts are 20 minutes - including warm up and cool down!

Set your timer to 50 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest 😬


It is a tough workout - but you are made of tough stuff! Get in there and smash it to pieces! It will all be over in 20 minutes!
