Day 3 BandHiiT Free 4 Week Challenge

Day 3 of our very first week into this awesome BandHiiT challenge!

The last 2 days have seen us work up some serious sweat and are feeling the effects of using muscles that you haven't squeezed before (your welcome😎). I'm super proud of you for turning up for the third day of the rest of your life!


I'd love for you to note down in your journal how the last 2 days of working out has made you feel. You may have noticed that you have a lifted mood / have slept better / boosted energy and or productiveness throughout your day. You can also note down how you are finding the workouts currently, do you struggle, find it easy/hard to 'engage'? I would also love to know how you are going - I am here for you all the way! All workouts are 20 minutes - including warm up and cool down!

Set your timer to 50 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest 😬
