Yes you are back for Day 4!


You have made it over half way through your very first week!

That is AWESOME! Check you out 😎 you are now only 2 workouts from completing your first week and I am cheering you on all the way through to very end of this week! Let's get in there and get this done 💪👌


This workout is a little nicer with only 30 seconds to work through on the timer and 10 seconds rest to move into your next exercise. Our work time is shorter so push yourself to be focused on your form, activation and muscle strength as you work your way through the rounds.


Don't forget to try and count your reps and scribble down the number in your notebook
