Well here we are! You have made it to the FINAL workout of the week!

I want you to take a moment right now to recognize just how awesome you are! You have turned up everyday and worked your bum, arms, legs and abs off - WELL DONE YOU!


No doubt you will be happy to get your final one out of the way and I am also soo buzzing for you to join me and finish off the week like the absolute warrior you have been this week 💪 💪


Once you have smashed this workout to pieces, have a moment to congratulate yourself. You are making the changes that you set out for. You have turned up for the full week and completed every single workout. We are now only 17 workouts from finishing this short but epic quest along your fitness journey.
