Day 6 BandHiiT Free Fit Program

Hello and a massive welcome to your second week of our BandHiiT Challenge!


Hellooo massive welcome to you - back for week 2!

I'm impressed and so should you be! BandHiiT workouts are short but intense, there is no escaping the burn and it is sure to make you work up a real fat burning sweat!


Our first week in has been exceptionally tough! Committing to this new lifestyle takes a lot of focus and determination. I adore you for giving it everything and am so pleased to hear that despite the muscles soreness a lot of you are already feeling the benefits of a lifted mood, boosted energy throughout the day and some of you are even getting a better nights sleep 💪

I am SUPER EXCITED for today's workout - because it's Monday! Everyone should work out on Monday's! Go hard, start you week like the super hero that you are, nothing else can touch you!

All workouts are 20 minutes - including warm up and cool down!

Set your timer to 50 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest 😬
