Day 7 BandHiiT Free Fit Program

Hello and welcome back to day 2 week 2!


Most of us felt the burn last week (myself included😈) and it is not surprising! Those bands are a lot meaner than they look and make any exercise so much harder! They are useful for making sure you are engaged and activating the muscles that you need to be using for that particular exercise. This is why the results for toning and definition are so much quicker compared to body-weight.💪💪


I know it was tough but we are loving that it is over with so quickly and how effective the workouts have been. Keep your bad-ass attitude up, turn up, do the workout, feel amazing because that is what you are!
