This workout hosts some of my most favorite exercises and its not because they are easy 😂😂

You will definitely know where your Abs and Glutes are by the end of this ✌😎

Stay focused, stay engaged, pump that bum and get your core involved as much as possible. You won't be sorry that you put in the extra effort and your abs and bum will thank you for it!



Timers ready - set to 50 seconds work 10 seconds rest. We are doing 3 rounds in total.
