Hello and welcome to Day 9!! We are almost done with week 2 - it has come round very quickly and I have a super quick workout to boot!
This workout is small but mighty! Our shortest timer ever on the timer and I have even included a nice 30 second rest between rounds 😇😉
Do not be fooled by my niceness - it often comes at a price 😂😂 The time may be quick but that means we will have to be too. I also want ou to really focus on maximising your glute power on the bum pump exercises ✌😎
