Fit Fam Fun Camp

Attention all contenders of the fitfam challenge!


Training begins today!

Work you way through the mini challenges below, the more training you do the more prepared you will be for the championship which is only days away 😯👊


Working as a close unite family it is your duty to go out there, do your best and take home the title of fittest fam on the street! 😎💪


Below are the workout challenges that will prepare you for the big day! All exercises are bodyweight and kid friendly that being said it is designed to make you sweat so make sure you have water and a sweat towel nearby!


You will need a notepad or piece of paper with the date and each teammates name.


Each team mate starts at a different station (if there is more than three contenders, you can have more than one to a station)

The timer will run for a solid 3 minutes, in that time each team member must complete as many rounds as possible within the time limit however each exercise must be performed perfectly. Mean your movements, don’t go through motions.


When time is up, you can have up to 2 minutes rest (note down your rest time) before you change stations and do it again.


Each station requires 3 minutes of workout - and your training session will be finished within 11-13 minutes.
