I hope you all managed to enjoy the Christmas and New Year break - I know it was a vast difference to the normal holidays but I have to admit that I did enjoy lazing around for a few days and staying up late to watch movies (although I did not watch 1 christmas movie this time) I even had a moment of creativity and ordered some sculpting clay. I havent used it yet but I want to make some pots for my plants to sit in.

I love a morning mobilisation sequence and use this one for myself every single day. Check it out below, follow along - see the difference for yourself and make it your own routine!



You dont have to workout before or after this sequence, this mobilisation is aimed at waking the body up to prepare ot nicely for the day. It might only take a few minutes to do but the impact lasts all day! You will notice your neck doesnt feel so stiff and that your have more movement in your shoulders and hips aswel as feeling a lot looser.
