Stretches for the desk bound and working from home

The last year we have had a major change up with work environments going from mainly the office to mainly at home. Anyone that can work from home has been advised to do so, we have been provided with our laptops, phones, whatever we need to carry on as best we can working from home. The thing is... Most of us don't have an appropriate desk setup that minimises risk of injury.

Some of us don't even have a desk - it's no surprise that 10 months in, the number of people who are suffering with tight neck shoulder, sore hips, bad back, sciatica, sore knees etc has shot right up.

In our office environment our desks are set up to perfection, screens are adjusted to your personal eye level, wrist rests provided, foot support to help elevate your legs and ergonomic chairs designed for you to be able to sit in for hours at a time.

If you are feeling the effects of working from home then please watch this! I have tips on posture, desk set up and stretches that you can do to help you get through the day.
